Asda curry pot

When I did SW years ago there was a few free and others low synned. I've checked syns online and it only comes up with syns for the snack items like samosa's etc. I've had the veg balti and rice (used to be free) for late lunch early tea, but can't now find any meals under curry pot. Does anyone know the syns for the balti or any of the other meals?
