Do people find that these really do speed up weight loss?
I'm having them naturally, not making a conscious effort to fit them in my diet, but wondering if I should try and plan more meals around ss food to speen things up.
I tried this this week and even made the speedy soup!! but gained 1lb i did over syn a little bit though and it is my * week. I certainly feel better though!!
always make sure that you dont eat for the sack of it, obviously eat if your naturally hungrey but one of my problems is over eating for the sack of it
