New to CD, couple of questions!

:) Hi guys,

I'm considering starting the cambridge diet but just wanted to check if you tend to get dizzy a lot while on it? I need to do about 30 mins of walking a day to save me paying loads for parking and I'm a bit concerned that if I'm not eating and just having shakes I'll end up fainting!

Really want to do CD but am a bit scared, the idea of not eating sounds impossible!

If its something you've always done the chances of an adverse reaction are lessened. I would ensure you have a shake before you do any sort of walking, and maybe a tetra on hand to make sure you have something in cawse you go a bit wobbly.

I know Cambridge sounds impossible, I'll be honest I was one of its biggest critics when a friend of mines went on it, but I have found that once you are into the swing of it its actually suprisingly manageable,

Give it a try. Even for just a week. That week is going to pass anyway, so you may as well make the most of it.

Good luck!

Some people get dizzyness but I never have , and if you drink enough water you should be fine . If you are really worried you should talk to your CD consultant and you could maybe start on SS+ which has a few more calories but still gives fast weight loss

Don't worry. I never get dizzy. I am a teacher so on my feet all day, and while it is advised not to do alot of exercise I still go to the gym and have no problems with weakness.

If anything you will find you have more energy than before.

Good luck it is a great diet and well worth doing

Thanks for the advice guys, think I may give it a go, am so sick of stuffing my face with loads of junk! Will actually be nice to give up food for a while! xx
