Hi everyone, just came across this forum as I am looking for inspiration, recently started the Cambridge Diet after a few attempts. it. I used to be quite fit and active but I've had a rough few years and I've put ALOT of weight on and I know I need to get rid of it! Plus I have a holiday booked in six months! I'm 10 days into it now and I'm feeling really good Lost 16lbs in my first week which gave me a lot of encouragement. Thought I'd join this forum to help me through the inevitable tough times I may come across
