calculating points??

Quick question, how do I calculate points without a ww calculator?? I use an online one atm but I want to be able to do it myself at the supermarket with just a normal calculator.
what am I meant to divided by what?

I think it is

(Calories divided by 66) + (Sat Fat divided by 4.12)
