Any tasty sausage recipes out there?

After reading another post on this website I've come across Joe's syn free sausages... being a big sausage fan I went straight on the website and have ordered some.

Now I'm stuck on inspiration for what to do with them rather than just sausage and mash. Ideas so far are : - stuffed chicken with sausage wrapped in bacon, all day breakfast, sausage and tomato pasta ...

Has anyone got any recipes that are tried and tested that they'd like to share? Red or Extra Easy.

Also have a slow cooker, so any slow cooker recipes would be much appreciated so that I can pop it in before work and have dinner cooked for when I get home!

This months magazine has sausage, mash with onion and ale gravy. I had it tonight for tea and it was the first time the family all said can we have that again soon!!!
I know you said you didnt want just sausage and mash but the onion gravy really is a nice twist.
