Hi all,A quick question to anyone that can help me......
I ordered some listerine strips off ebay which are cool mint flavoured-are these ok to use? or is it a different flavour we need to have??

yep they are the ones we can have .. they do cinnamon and citrus ones that we cant have .. but the mint are good

I think they are fine, hope so anyhow cos they are what ive been using!

They don’t seem to have affected my weight loss?
