How do I update my ticker? Do I have to copy and paste it every time I update on the ticker site? Oh I lost a kilo by the way!

I believe they update automatically. You might have to push F5 for refresh to see the changes. Computers store some pages locally in cache so if the page isnt reloaded completely fresh again you wont see the change.

You just have to update your ticker on the ticker site and that'll change it on here too.
