Swaps anyone WW info for SW info ???

have been doing WW for a few months now have lost a fair bit but fancy giving SW a try.

Anyone doing SW and fancies trying WW want to swap info books. ??

Hey you've got similar stats to me how did u find WW how long did it take u to lose the weight as im struggling and thought of going to WW as i need more of a regime and told what and how much i can eat
