I started posting my food diary on weight rather than food diary (DOH!) section so starting again. I had a tooth extracted on Wednesday so Saturday was a wee bit laboured for me
Saturday_Red Day:
Tea with skimmed milk (HEXa) x4
Dry fried egg
bacon
morrisons 60% sausages x2 (1 syn)
Tomato sauce (1/2 syn)
Diet Coke
WW Chocolate dessert whip (2 syns)
Total: 3 1/2 Syns
Sunday_Green Day:

Tunnock Tea Cake (5 1/2) syns
Egg on 1 Wholemeal Toast (HEXb)

Weekend is over which is bad in most ways but good from a sw point of view! - need to get some structure into my weekends me thinks.
Going to try and gym it (curves) @ least 3 times this week if only to make my membership fee worth it lol!
