Hi there im new to WW starting tomorrow but not got a meeting till Saturday so im gonna use this site and other websites till then. Got a great excel tracker so using that also xxxx

Well done on your weight loss so far! Ww is by far the best diet I have tried! Lost three stone on it starting at 14st 8.5lbs and now hover between 11st and 11st 7lbs..
I love this diet u never go hungry! And can eat normally but just smaller portions!
