I'm into week 15 and shocked that I am still losing weight, last week I only lost 0.1KG but it was the first time I had been weighed after taking the shakes (mid afternoon).

I thought it was not going to be alot tmrw (well today as I cant go early tmrw so went a day early) and this is what I lost;

Start Weight - 98.8KG / 15st 7.8lbs on 22/7/2009 @ BMI 32.7
Week 1 -> 29/7/09 = 96.6kg - 15st 3lb
Week 2 --> 5/8/09 = 94.3kg - 14st 11.9lb
Week 3 --> 12/8/09 = 92.7kg - 14st 8.4lb
Week 4 --> 19/8/09 = 89.5kg - 14st 1.3lb

I really thought my weight loss would slow down, I know really 2 weeks losses but im happy with that. I hope it keeps coming off.

Congratulations on your loss Minimin!

I believe if you stick to plan 100% you'll always lose if you've weight to lose!

I'm now on week 28 and still losing.

You're so near to goal now!
 
Well done on losses! We don't always lose on the scales even if we have done it 100% but it's good to remember it will have made a difference somewhere, for me it was in inches, so glad i get measured as it really made me feel so much better.

Yeah wish I had measured, cant be bothered now as its so long down the line :(
 
In a way you have measured, as you can always tell by your clothes.
 
Fantastic losses Minimin!

Wish I could say the same, I weigh in on Wednesdays and so far this week have lost only 1lb. Still, I guess I have two more days for the scales to surprise me ;)
