Newbie needs help with syns please!!

Hi everyone,

I only started this yesterday and feel like I've eaten too much already!! can anyone tell me the syns in red oxos on red and green days and I am so confused about the syns in gravy - I make mine with bisto granules. How many sins is gravy and is it per tbsp of granules you use or per tbsp of made up gravy you pour on your dinner>
