Hayley 22 changes sides from CD to WW......

Hayley 22

would like to be slim
Hello ladies/gents,

I successfully lost a stone on CD back in October/November on CD and came off it when i got ill.
I restarted in January and in 5 weeks i have los 2lbs!
Spending £35-£40 and only having 3 sachets a day was proving pointless let alone bloomin difficult.

I'd rather all the foods and learn portion size and calories etc and lose weight sensibly and not be so obsessed with food like i am/was on CD.

My friend is on WW and after seeing what she could eat on it i was keen to move over.
After inviting her and her OH over last night and discussing it i finally made my decision to leave CD.

Sorry for the rambling everyone :)

I joined the WW online site this morning and i look forward to getting my points book and talking to you all soon.

Any helpful tips or pointers would be much appreciated :D

Weight watchers has been really good for me. Plenty of advice on here too. I've lost 3½ stone on WW since October so I guess that says something :)

Thanks everyone :)

I figured it would be better to learn portion size now and get in my head what i can/cant have in any one day :)

maypole - 3lbs in one week is great :)

Old_Before_I_Die - 3 1/2 stone since October, wow!

best decision you will make, I was on CD for 16 weeks, lost 3.5 stone and then came off as my hair had thinned and was coming out at an alarming rate, go into WW by chance and so far lost 37lbs. It is the best and I know I sound gushing but I have re-programmed my mind set with healthy options and portion control, currently eating no points soup and WW bread and loving it.
Good luck on your journey :D

Good luck Im just finished my first week and I love it, even if it takes me ages to lose the weight I dont care so long as I learn how to have a healthy and happy relationship with food and know about portion sizes!

Thank you everyone, i'm loving WW so far.

Im liking the fact it doesnt ban foods it justs limite the amount which is fine as i need to learnt that :)

Im liking the online ww site, so much easier to keep track of points etc.

Anyone have meal suggestions?

Im pretty open to all foods.

For breakfast (7.00am) i have shreddies and then tea break (10.00am) i have a banana and a cup of green tea and then for lunch and dinner i get a bit stuck. I love salad so thats no problem but only so many times i can have salad.

I have also got my other half eating these meals with me and he isnt so open to new things lol :)

Hiya, I'm changing from CD to WW too. Not an easy decision but I'm so looking forward to eating again. I haven't done ww in well over 2 years so i'm reading up on all my booklets. Already been out to get a shop in so I'm ready to start tomorrow morning.

I have a stone to lose and have already lost 2.5 stone. Im getting married this May and have my dress fitting in 2 months so I'm hoping to shed this last stone by then. I'm really excited.

Nite xxx and good luck x

hi hun i love ww , i tried lipotrim but i was always food thinking xx

Wow good luck hunni,

I need to get hold of the book actually.

I still have sachets to return to my CDC so i should get about £30 back so hopefully i can use that money to buy one of their books :)

If you go onto my diary in the weight loss section and have a flick through ive posted quite alot of really easy recipes or have a ead though of others diarys too and see what they are having! Great source of inspirations, and also the recipe thread on here! I get all my ww book in the chairty shops, ive got lots now lol Also searching online for recipes is great, and free! just make sure if they are american sites that you work out the points yourself as the point are diffrent.
