This week weighed and last weeks gain has disappeared. This week i have not been as good as last week either so who knows how it works. I did find this week i was really constipated so i stopped the activia and all motions back to normal so hopefully this week will show at least 1lb again and give me the long awaited 1/2 stone off xx
