Qourn Bacon Pieces

Just had these in an omelette with mushrooms. I'm not a big lover of Quorn but these were ok.
Think I'll put some in a carbonara later.

I've tried these in the past. The taste was ok but the look of them put me off so I reckon cutting them up and putting them into food is a good idea. Sometimes, Quorn products just LOOK so gross don't they??? xxx

Yeah you do have to disguise them sometimes - I don't like most of them.

I went out to a South American Tapas bar last night and had something called Black Bean Stew - am thinking I could recreate it with the bacon pieces - with some FF Fromage Frais on the side - yum!

Only the bacon style pieces from the chiller are free, the frozen bacon has syns.

But these are so yummy my daughter likes them more than 'real' bacon
