weight watchers malt loaf

was doing my online shopping at asda and came across weight watchers malt loaf the packet is in the kitchen and on ut says 1 point ovl that weight watchers but i also buy the bread from there as well thats also 1 point. nebody got ne ideas on the syn value on this delious item thanks x

It states 3.5 syns per 'slice'

Unfortunately, it doesn't state how big a slice that is!
