Having a mid-life crisis
I know I'm near goal..but thats the goal I've set myself, its still a bmi of 25.1 ! For my height I could be anywhere between 8st8 and 10st6 to be in the 'healthy' range.
So why have I been stuck at 10st13 for what seems like years (ok, slight exaggeration, lol)

Can't even blame totm!
I'm whinging again, aren't I? lol Just wondering if there's anything I can do to help boost it a bit?
I'm doing Wii Active Sports, gym on Monday, but haven't been on my lunchtime walks as much (cos I'm so bloomin' cold!), so perhaps its that?
I have signed up for Race for life and need to start the running again, but was concerned about putting body into starvation mode with too much cardio. I guess I could give it a go?
