in the fridge?

I made some vegetable soup the other day with various veg, had some for my lunch, froze some and the other portion is in the fridge. How long would it last?

I wouldnt leave it much longer than the day after it was made to be honest - but there again, I had food poisoning a few years ago so I'm a bit paranoid about these things!!!!! xxx

Even meat ones would last longer, just make sure it is heated up really well before eating.

I used to be paranoid about these things too, then started relaxing my rules and realised that nothing bad happened, lol! Opened up a whole new world of batch cooking
