Well I have fallen from the weight wagon, and really pissed off with myself. I have had two birthdays this week (daughter's and Hubby's) And the diet has taken a back seat which it shouldn't have but I really need a kick up the backside as I have already lost over a stone since Nov and don't want to be fat anymore HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELPPPPPPPPPP

dont beat yourself up about it just draw a line under it and start a fresh everyone has bad days/weeks, just think of the weight u hav already lost and keep goin xx

The important thing is to get straight back on again. You won't have done much damage, and so out of a lifetime what's getting to goal a week later? As our consultant says, you wouldn't throw a whole bouquet out for a couple of dead flowers. :D

Aw hun! it's crap when you get to the end of the week and realise that all that time you thought you had to get over that special day is gone! but its okay, cause you have all the time in the world.. and although you'l get there soon enough i'm sure.. you just need to get back in the zone, - if you go to class, go and get a good talking too from your consultant :p) and then youl be back on track, and those scales will be in your favour again before you know it.

(hugs) dont beat yourself up, why spoil and enjoyable and special week by feeling guilty!

Thanks guys I needed reasuring ;-)

Birthdays are always going to be there and should be celebrated in style :)

As said by the others get back on the wagon and draw a line under it, you'll be fine. You may not even have put on - and if you have it wont take long to lose it, hope you had a good time at the bdays

:) xx

Yup...have to agree with the others!
Its a birthday!!! You cant avoid them Hun, especially when they are your Husband and Daughter's!

Just knuckle down for the rest of the time before weigh in and you will limit the damage that may have been caused.

xxx

Sorry I didn't see your post sooner hun, hope you're OK!! I really hope you're not feeling too down and that you've managed to pick yourself up again!! I'm learning that 1 or 2 binges really don't make that much difference in the grand scheme of things IF you get back on track! It's very easy to use the 'I've fallen of the wagon and failed' card, but that's all in your head! There's no logic in it! Even if you have 1 or 2 weeks where you gain, there's always to following week to repair the damage!! My friend was devastated last week when she put on 4.5 lb after a mad, gluttonous week, but managed to get back on track and lost 6 this week!! She was delighted and it's really spurred her on to continue! I think just committing to 1 or 2 100% days really gets you back into the swing of it, and writing a food diary definitely helps! I've been writing everything down every day for 18 weeks and it really helps me to keep focussed!! I really hope you manage to get your mojo back!!XXX

hun its ok sometimes life gets in the way of sw but thats ok as long as we get straight back to it once the event is over.
you already know what could happen to that stone you have worked so hard to get to back its back and you aren't gonna let that happen are u. the past in the past including what ever lead you to sw and including the last few days aim for the future which has the new u in it just how u want to be. see yourself walking down the street how u want to be
u will be fine hun

If you have a look in the food diaries you notice that everyone has a slip up now and again, but the important thing is enjoying it and getting back on plan again. That is the beauty of SW :)
