That's such good going Kellie! Why did you think you'd had a bad week? I was discussing this with my class yesterday - sometimes when I think I've had (or actually have had) a bad week...I lose better! There's a real thing about being too strict with yourself sometimes. There are times I've been totally good as gold and not lost a jot and been really frustrated. But then times I haven't (but still within plan...just eating more syns etc)...voila!
