No probs with it, its just the chemist is a 10 mile round trip and im currently without car ggggggggrrrrrrrrr a non mover on my drive, so i found a site that do tfr for £23 inc delivery so thats better than stopping, lost another 5lbs for week 2 also xx I,ll still be on the forum tho! xxx:D
 
Aww shame the chemist is so far away as you're doing brilliantly.

I expect you'll do just as well on your new TFR. Which one are you doing? That seems like such a good price including delivery.

yeah shakes, ooooh a slight variation too, strawberry, chocolate and wait for it.....bananna, lol. They do all low carb snacks etc too but im doing tfr its the only way for me xxx

Haha. No i havent yet im expecting them to arrive tomorrow, same format, 3 a day. Just been trying some gorge new river island jeans on, im determined to get into them comfortably they r lush and no way am i returning them, they are my motivation! xxx

Im intrigued - whats the tfr diet you have ordered? £23 a month sounds good :)

I guess Avidlite is roughly the same price as LT but we're paying the extra £15 to the pharmacist to be weighed etc..

Are there lots of TFR's about? I'm starting to learn about lots of new TFR diets.

I noticed on the Avidlite website it includes meals, bars, snacks etc.. but you can choose to stay with the meal replacement shakes.
 
Hi Janie thought we'd lost you...well done on weight loss ...I also lost 5lbs and i'm thrilled....good luck with new product ...keep us informed.
 
I will do, no im still here, went to my mums for few days up in the dales lol and no internet. I,ll still be posting on here when im at target weight and beyond! xxx
