Hi, I used to do Weight watchers but used to points to "my" advantage and felt like I needed a change.
I am still abit skeptical with SW, being able to eat all these free foods! If I describe an average days food, can somebody tell me if it sounds ok or if I am overeating.
Breakfast:
2 slices of wholewheat bread with bacon
Snacks:
fruit, boiled eggs x 2
Lunch:
Loads of pasta with ham and salad
Snacks:
fruit, chicken drumsticks
Dinner:
Lamb chops, new potatoes & veg
Snacks:
Muller light, crabsticks
Would apreciate your honest!!!
