The more and more I learn about foods and nutrition, the more I stand by the importance of eating "whole" foods, or foods that are not altered. That are as close to their natural state as possible.
Have the real thing, and less of it rather than the chemically altered f/free products, even low fat products. Its pretty shocking some of the stuff out there on the shelves.

I really have a lot to learn about food. I find that with the diet thing going on i tend to read labels a lot more but still don't really understand what's going on. Thanks for that info BL
