Hiya,
My Dr has advised me that its a good idea to take Golden Linseed in my diet - does anyone know if this has a Syn Value?

I have taken Golden linseed before and if I remember correctly it was 4.5 syns for a tablespoon.

Hi,

I sometimes use it as a HEB, really nice mixed in with porridge but that and milk means 3 of your HEs on breakfast alone!
