How many is too much???!

Care Bear xxx

on a slimming mission!
Hi, Im just wondering - how many mullerlight yogurts would be considered too many!!!!
I love them and cant get enough of them and tend to grab one whenever im feeling peckish, but im just wondering if its possible to "Over do it"???
Any advice would be appreciated! xxx:)

SW is about eating free foods in moderation. Our C advises 2 mullerlights a day but this is just her recommendation. Don't forget SW is still ultimately about reducing calories in (as are all plans) and if you have too many (you don't say how many) a day then you'll be increasing your calorie intake, as opposed to if you were having a piece of fruit as a substitute xxx

at 100 cals each id be careful to not over do it but then again its better than reaching for something naughty. Think id probably personally have a max of 3 a day but everybodys different x

I usually have a bout 3 a day because i have one for my breakfast aswell! Thanks for the advice - may need to keep the strawberries and apples on hand rather than the yummy yogurts!!!
Thanks both of you xx

Someone in my group can have up to 8 a day! Must cost her a fortune.

I'd say 3 a day is about right but remember, under the new "rules" yoghurt isn't a superfree foods so if you are using them as snacks maybe try to have fruit instead.
Ultimately though, they are a free food so you can have as many as you want (in moderation!)

I only have 1/day for breakfast. However, reckon 3/day is fine.

I tend to have 1/2 a day but have recently switched to either smaller pots or having some no fat plain yogurt with some fruit sliced in.

Good luck hun xoxoxox

we had one rather brainless woman eating 12 -15 a day!!!! and couldnt work out why her weight loss stopped.

I hardly eat any of the flavoured yoghurts, as I find the fat free ones to have that horrible sweetener taste.

I tend to stick to plain non fat greek yoghurt and just add some fresh fruit and a bit of honey if needed. Less calories too.

I always seem to say this but.....
2 yoghurts less equals approx 200 cals x 7 days is 1400 cals
3500 cals to lose 1lb
That's a lot of yoghurts to reduce by. I doubt it was just the yoghurt reduction which sped your weight loss up!

Thanks so much for all the advice! I will definately bear it in mind!
toofatKat made me laugh, no wonder that lady wasnt losing weight - 12-15 yogs a day! lol im not quite there yet!
Thanks lovley peeps! xxx:heartpump:
