I've lost 7lb doing EE, but it's coming off quite slowly, and would like to spped things up a bit. I feel like I'm eating too many carbs and not padding my meal out with a full 1/3 of veg sometimes, so I'm going to throw a few Red days in.
My question is to those who do or have done both EE and Red. Which day do you think gives the bigger weight loss for you?
