slimming world newbie help needed

Hi, i am new, I am hoping there is some one on here who does slimming world. I joined last night and the organiser rushed through the plan, and I don`t understand some of it, Can you have the healthy choices on both plans and so they come out of your syns.

Are you going to do Extra Easy, Original or Green? Classes seem to be explaining EE at present more than the other 2.

On EE you have 1 Healthy A and 1 Healthy B. And your syns are extra.
