Week 5 wi what a disappointment

Well 6 weeks not a thing has passed my lips other than shakes and water. Yet I only lost 3 lbs I can't understand it am I doing sumthing wrong? I have even been exercising abit. This has nocked my confidence to say the least.
 
((hugs)) I know its hard hun, I had 2lbs off last week and its looking as if I'll be lucky to have 2lbs this week too :( I blamed it on TOTM last month but I have no reason this week!

It is a bit disheartening, especially when we've stuck to it 100% but we'll get there!

3-4lbs per week is absolutely normal for this diet, remember, the target is a stone a month and you're definitely way over target for that. Well done.
 
I as disappointed when my losses went down to 3lbs, but they stayed fairly constant after that, and 3lbs is quite a lot of fat (look at Cookeh's photos in the main section.....)

Cheer up and celebrate. 3lbs of fat gone for ever!!

In 5 weeks you have lost 27lbs of disgusting artery clogging fat that was shortening your life by the day!

You should be so proud of yourself! You're 1lb off 2 stone in 5 weeks! What other plan would you lose that amount of weight in such a short space of time.

Keep at it. You're doing perfectly!
 
thankyou all for your support stuck at it and lost 4lbs this week. its only an extra pound but makes a big diffrent lol.
