Hi, I've decided to give WW a go and have just bought lots of books and a calculator from EBay. But until they arrive I'm a bit stuck for points value for my favourite foods. So I decided to join here as you all seem so friendly and I was hoping you can help :)
How many points would the following have:
  • Bowl of Special K with skimmed milk
  • Bowl of Crunchy Nut with skimmed milk
  • 5 new potatos
  • What veg and fruit has points and what doesn't
  • Around 15 oven chips
  • 1 homemade chicken fajita that includes 1 tortilla wrap, sliced pepper and onion, chicken with fajita spice, dollop of sour cream
  • 1 chicken breast (how do you work out points for this and other meat etc)
  • 1 slice of gammon
  • 1 slice of packet sandwich ham
  • Gravy
  • Tomato sauce, garlic dip etc
Thanks for your help in advance, I'm really looking forward to getting started and involved on here too:thankyou:

Sorry cant answer them all and hope its all right lol

Good luck and it will be alot better when you have your books etc

Mostlt point go by weight, but if you have the cals per portion and sat fat you can work it out. its cals divieded by 70 plus sat fat divided by 4. if the pack only gives total fat use half of that as the sat fat and work out as above. Hope this helps.
I can also really recommend to ww kitchen scales, they're not cheap but do alot of the hard work for you
