Butternut Squash Chips

Hello, I keep hearing rave reviews about this but have no idea how to make them? Do you just do them like normal sw chips? Do they taste similar?

You do them like normal chips (don't parboil though) but they taste nothing like them!! It's a very very different veg.
I love BNS. I do wedges or chunks roasted, skin still on. They don't go crispy like potato chips, more soft and chewy but I love them!
 
And they are really yummy when you make wedges with them and sweet potatoes, I just plop them in a baking tray with a touch of fry lite and let the oven do the work :)
