any1 using a vibro plate?

hi, i bought one last summer thought it was brillant though only used it for a month, but i lost inches (aswell as dieting) was on tfr diet,

goin to start back using it today, just wondering do any of ye use one, or whats your experiences with them?

We have one, it's currently used as a clothes horse >.<
