As the title says...... I keep forgetting to take them.. how long do they take to start working properly??? I take about 2 a day, sometimes 1, I know I should be taking 3...

HELP!

Put them somewhere in full view, try taking them before a meal when u have your water, then u might not forget.

Grab some sticky notes and write ' TAKE XENICAL' on them and stick them to your fridge this way when you make a meal you will see the note and remember!

Or keep them in on top of the plates, so when you take a plate out for your meal you will see them

I keep mine with the points calculator that i use to count Weight Watchers points, so they are there when i work out the points. I even have a special little pink purse i keep them in (ok, it was an excuse to buy the little purse).
