HI hun I hope you don't mind me being blunt about myself I started feeling like that and focused on the flavours I was missing etc, but I have realised that the rest of my family know when to stop as I don't so for me it is a really good rehab therapy watching people eat who don't have the uncontrolable addictive side. I am using what would be torture, to watch people eat normally and see what I can learn from it and at the same time try and put in place some other habits that are creative and not destructive.
Although LT helps us to lose weight quickly and consistently, it is also a great opportunity to create a different life for ourselves, new reactions, that we are concious of, instead of sub-conciously reacting to situations by eating, now we can feel whaat we are feeling and when it gets too much we can physically say right what can I do that is creative and will take my mind off the pain/problem.
I want to stop this vicious cycle,
keep it up girls you can all do it.
