I've been doing SW since 6 Jan and started off well.
Week one -5lb
Week two -3lb
Week three -2lb
Week four - 2.5lb
Week five - same
Seemed to have hit plateau:sigh:
Bored with what I'm eating and have hit "cant be bothered to shop" mentality need inspiration?
