Need help working out points

Hi I have had a chicken and bacon sandwich from ASDA today and have guessed the points to be 10.5 can anyone let me know if this is correct. I have a point chart but mine only goes upto 400 calories. The pack said its 489 calories & 4.6g sat Fat.

Also because my chart doesn't go this far is there away to work out the points manually?

Any help would be great as I've just started.

i dont have a claculator hand but its cals divived by 70,plus sat fat divided by 4. Hope this helps

my calculator says that sandwich would be 8 points.

Thank you mommyB & cupcakekatie I worked it out and yes its 8 points yeepppyy I have a extra 2.5 points that I didn't think I would have. Thanks both again.
