I started WW on Wed for the first time, came across this forum and thought WOW! Just what i need to keep me on track!

Thursday

Breakfast:
2 slices of WW toast 2pts
Coffee 0pts (i think?)
Apple juice 1.5pts

Lunch:
Chicken nugget happy meal 4pts
water 0pts

Dinner:
WW chicken curry 4.5pts
small wrap 2.5pts

Snacks:
WW lemon slice cake 1pt
Quavers 1.5pts
can of coke 2pts
WW rice pudding 1.5pts
apple juice 1.5pts

total: 22 (allowed 22pts a day)
 
Friday

Breakfast:
2 slices WW toast 2pts
coffee 0pts?

Lunch:
small wrap 2.5pts
cheese 3pts?

Dinner:
WW mac and cheese 4.5 pts
cherries and berries juice 1pt

Snacks:
2 slices crackerbread 1pt
cheese spread 3pts
10 cal soup 0pts

total 17pts (5pts saved)
 
not been home all weekend to post so here goes:

Saturday

breakfast: bowl of special k with skimmed milk ?pts
orange squash 0pts

lunch:
2 slices ryvita 2pts
light mayo and chicken 3pts?

then it all went very wrong, went to visit my friend, had 2 cups of coffee with 2 sugars in each ?pts
Then ended up being dragged out, no idea how many drinks i had, but i made sure to only have vodka, soda water and lime

Then drunken at 3:30am, i had a subway!

Sunday (still at friends)

breakfast:
2 slice warbartons seeded batch toast 2pts
light philly: 2.5pts?

lunch
bag of doritos 3pts?

dinner
chicago town peperonni piza (the individual sized ones)
curly fries
salad cream
(no idea how many points)

snacks:
packet of skips
packet of magic stars

Monday (still at friends)

breakfast:
2 slice warbartons seeded batch toast 2pts
light philly: 2.5pts?

lunch:
1/2 packet pasta in sauce thing of mac and cheese ?pts

dinner:
2 slices WW toast with philly: 4pts?

snacks:
kinder bueno ?pts
about 1/3 big bar of galaxy cookie crumble ?pts
blue squares bar ?pts
 
Tuesday

breakfast:
special K and semi skimmed milk

lunch:
small wrap with ww grated cheese

dinner:
ww chicken tika

snacks
1 pancake with nutella
2 slices of ryvita with cooked chicken

Wed (weigh in day!)

breakfast:
2 slices ryvita with light philly

lunch:
small wrap with ww grated cheese and cooked chicken

dinner:
amoy straight to wok noodles with chicken and thai sweet chili sauce

snacks:
2 packets of pom bear crisps


Had my first weekly weigh in today, and lost 4.5lbs!! So happy
