Confused about beef mince!

Can I use lean beef mince as my HexB on a green day? Is it free on a red day? Or do I have to syn it both days?

For it to be free on Red it has to be extra lean i.e no more than 5% fat. I usually get the tesco healthy eating, or sainsbury be good to yourself Normal lean mince is not free. If you are on a green day you can have 85g of extra lean mince as hexb
