Hi everyone!

As it's Chinese New Year this weekend, I was thinking of having a Chinese takeaway. :coffee: Hmmm....what to have?!?

I got to thinking about what the best options would be whilst still trying to stick to plan. Plus I always end up ordering the same thing - chow mein - so I'm looking for ideas please!

What do you usually order from the Chinese and how many syns do you use?:eating:

Happy New Year to those celebrating this weekend! :D

I usually have a flexi syn day for a takeaway and get chicken noodle soup for starters and chicken in yellow bean sauce with boiled rice for main course. I've no idea how many syns probably about 20 - 25 for the lot? Deffo worth it :)

you could have an EE day and have chicken and mushroom which is 5.5 syns per 340g and boiled rice which is free. xx

or special fried rice is 9.5 syns for 310g. xx

My OH is chinese so chinese new year is a big thing for us! going to (unfortunately) break the syn bank to the max this saturday night lol. Outfit sorted now too :D
