Extra Easy Someone PLLLSSSS HEEELLLPPP

I have joined sw yet again, I previously joined in 2007, however after just come back from group today, I am somewhat confused with the extra easy option, can you really eat mash pototoe and chicken, really mix the green and redday together, and whats this with the two third of the plate being free food..I asked my group leader three times to repeat how it works but I still didnt get it..someone pls explain to me so its complete thick proof.
