Low Point Cheesecake

i know how to make a low fat topping, its the base i get stuck with, unless ur making it for alot of people? for the topping i can bring it down to 3.5pts. base is 17.5 pts. Serves 7 people so is 3pts a slice...

Alright i can get it down to 17.5pts for the entire cheese cake so that would be 2.5pts per slice. but you can (apprently) get 10 slices so that would make it 1.75pts per slice.

8 is the easiest number to cut so im going to base my points on that. so that would be 2.2pts per slice...

i made a cheesecake this week, its in my diary.

Ah thanks cupcake will have a look for it.

Bikinibody - whats your recipe??? Was thinking of trying to make a low cal base with low fat digestives or hobnobs so just need to figure out a very low fat topping for it. xxxx

the lowest point base i have found is 14pts using m&s appricot, raison, and honey cookies mixed with bertolli light. and for the topping 200g tesco light choices fat free fromage fraise 12.5g of sweetner and what ever flavour jelly you want or in your case use vannilla and add 2 sheets of gelitin disssolved in a little water and added to the fromage fraise.

heres the points

10.5 for 200g cookies
3.5 for 50g bertolli light
1 for jelly sachet
1.5 for fromage frais
0pts for the sweetner
1 for added fruit (if any, if i use a strawberry jelly i add some cut up strawberry)
