hi everyone im new to ss as was on lt before i lost 3 stone with that but now im ss is got so much more variety and tastes so much better also this site is so inspiring so just like to hi to everyone sarah x

Hi I have just started CD after 15 weeks on LT .. and its amazing !!! I lost 4 stone 11 lb but hit a wall so descided a change was in order and am doing SS+ for a while ( and feel much better)
I had my first caramel CD bar today and it tasted better than a mars bar to me oh I could go on all day ... I am loving CD !!!
