Calypso Mineral Water Ice Poles

I would like to think that these are free.

No additives and only natural flavourings.

Any ideas?

Cant find them on Slimming World Syns online section.

Only way to know for sure is to call the syn helpline - number online or in the magazine.

i know its a bit late but i have found in the food directory book that they are free on all plans.. which is good cus i have about 3 a day i find they are good if u want something naughty u have one and by the time your finshed eating it your not hungry!

Never heard of these - where do you get them?
