Dried Egg Noodles - red day

They are free on a green day, can they be a HexB on a red day?

I'm having diet coke chicken this eve with peppers, water chestnuts and onions and wanted to have noodles with it. Maybe I should stick to 227g SW chips (skin on!)

No, sorry they are not on the HEB list as they don't have enough fibre in them, and you would need to syn them. Is it too late to change to EE and then both the chicken and the noodles would be syn free?

I really don't understand EE. So far today I have had a grapefruit, apple, scan bran (hexb), cottage cheese and salad.

That's fine! On EE you are only allowed one HEA and one HEB (which would be your scan bran). As long as your evening meal is made up of one third superfree foods (fruit or veg except potato, peas, sweetcorn, parsnips) you could call it an EE day and have both the meat and the noodles. So either add some more veggies to your chicken dish or have some fruit for afters.
