Gammon??

skinny minny here I come!
My boyfriend brought home a 5.5kg joint of gammon. I need help and inspiration of what the hell to do with it!!!!

I'm going to cook it off first, then hopefully you lovely people can come up with some lovely ideas of what to do with the meat!! :rolleyes:

btw, i really don't like gammon all that much! :p
 
2 tablespoon of honey (5 syns)
and a tablespoon of mustard
hot water 2 talbespoons

boil it until virtually cooked then cut of all fat and mix the mustard, honey and water and brush over and cook in hot oven until glazed and turning caramalised! it nice hot or cold!!!
 
Ive got a syn free recipie for parsley sauce from the SW cookbook - ill post on here tommorow x
