Week 12 WI =/

Cookeh

Recovering Cookie Addict
Well after my 1.8lbs loss last week I managed only 2.2lbs this week. I'm quite disappointed to be honest, even though I'm well aware a loss is a loss and I should be happy and all that, I really was expecting more after last week's low loss.

Did manage to make it under 200lbs, just, but didn't make the 4st off which I was really hoping for =( Oh well, fingers crossed next week is better.

Really wouldnt worry cookeh! Just be happy the weight is coming off!

My losses have slowed right down too!!

Well done! I had 2lbs this week too but keep trying to tell myself at least its going down lol

Thanks folks, still feeling disappointed though =/ However, I went to the GP again today to get my BP checked and it's still down so as long as it stays that way looks like I'm off the BP meds for good!! Now *that* I'm delighted about.

Wooohooo under 200lbs! How bloody great is that?! A huge milestone. And to be off the meds is fantastic!

Congratulations for knocking another goal of that list Cookeh!

Don't you dare be disappointed! You're doing brilliantly sweetie. Under 200lbs and off the meds all in one week! A reason to celebrate, not be disappointed. You're getting there. You're conquering this weight once and for all!

*hugs*

Ah Cookeh, I feel for you and understand perfectly how you feel. Yes a loss is a loss and you understand that. You still feel cheated that you are not seeing the 3 or 4 lbs down each week. After all you are on TFR so you feel that as you are starving yourself the losses should be good each week.
Look at it this way. Our bodies are going through massive changes on TFR and our metabolism probably adapts as we go along. Some people have all the luck and register great losses every week. Others like you or I can appear to plateau for a couple of weeks Focus on the positives here!!! YOU ARE UNDER 200lbs, YOU LUCKY DOG!!! NO BP MEDS!!!!!! WELL ON THE WAY TO TARGET!!! Chin up girl and let's battle on another week!!!

I agree ...just think of the pictures of fat we saw yesterday ......it's better off than on and you should be proud of yourself for sticking at it...thats what matters you are in control of that ...what comes off is not really in your control....you just need to keep on the plan and the rest will follow...chin up ..good luck
