new girl

Hi all

I'm new to the forum but not new to sw. I've been going to class for about a year now and have lost 1 1/2 stone. I seem to be making v. little progress at the mo and am trying to get back on track. Anyone else in the same boat? I'm finding it such a struggle and am on the verge of giving up. Would love to make some new friends and swap ideas.:D

Im sorry to read that you are struggling throughout your journey. Are you keeping a diary? Perhaps you can share your meal plan with us and we can have a look and make some suggestions?
Typically what days do you do? Have you tried mixing things up?

I dont keep a food diary but think it would be a good idea to start!

How do you keep motivated Mrs V? 7 stone! thats amazing.
 
Welcome and don't give up. A lot of it is planning and having healthy options around in the house. Also important to drink lots of water and make use of the SuperFree foods. Good luck!
