right when checking ya wee what colour should the stix show
mine today was second pink one in says 1.5 under it
is that good when doing ss
should it be any darker?
heard some say theres showed almost purple but surely you are dehydrated when it hits that colour

oh yeh and i`m on day 6

I was told as long as it was pink it was good, i dont have the bottle just a stick that my CDC gave me and that went pink straight away plus i have the most vile breath so i know its ketosis.

I wouldn't worry too much it has changed and thats the main thing

i was always tol to try and keep it light pink when on LL.

just rang my cdc and she says that it should be in the pinks
idealy on the 1.5 range which is where i am
like you said misdee in the pinks

look at me getting all excited over a pee stick :rotflmao:

feel i have achieved something brilliant getting into ketosis

what am i going to be like when i get weighed, hubby will have to carry me out with me shouting EUREKA!!!!!!!!! :rotflmao:
