I am making this diary just for myself really. You are welcome to comment if you want, but really it's just for me to keep check on my progress daily.

Last time I did a diary and it worked, I look forward to ticking my day as being 100%. So, gold star for a good day and a red cross for a bad day.

Here goes:-

Evening Mia i can tell you are going to do so well again hun i remember you from last year.!!

Yes, I am in 'the zone' at the moment and soooooo want to lose this. You have done great. What plan you on now? You got anymore Turkey hols planned this year? I've got nothing planned but just want to shift this once and for all.
 
Oh hols this year hoping to go to New York in May for 4 days and yessssss back to Turkey again in the summer as i totally loved it last year. Thanx for your advise lol

Well im on 810 plan restarted again on sunday hoping to shift the last pounds by end of Feb.!!!

I am totally totally pi**ed off. Despite having one pitiful cheat of 2 choc ices on Sunday which didn't kick me out of ketosis, I have lost a pityful total of 3 3/4lbs this week. I have never done a stone a month on this diet as CD like to claim, but I keep going and going. But to step on the scales tonight and find I have paid £40 to lose THAT I just don't know what to say. As usual, I will keep going and try and try (and spend £100's in the process) to lose this weight. I will have a 100% week this week and see how it goes. NEVER going to reach my stone by 24th Feb target now. Can't see me losing 10.25lb in two weeks can you?????

Hi Shanny. No, nothing planned for my birthday. Not even going out with the girls coz I want to concentrate on my diet. The thing is with this diet is you can't control how much you lose. Not like SW or WW when if you overdo it one day you can cut back the next you know? I am a very very slow loser, alway have been, and know I won't do the stone by 24th - its only 2 weeks away. Still, I will stick in and see how it goes this week. Do you understand why I am so p****d off though?
 
Mia carry on going strong hun stop putting an amount to how much you want to loose in two weeks.??

Just that you do loose weight each week? im a slow losser too hun.
on WW i can loose 1 lb a month lol STS 3 times in month.!

Yes I am SSing. I have a goal becasue I am going into hospital for an operation (should have been in about 5 weeks but put back until April sometime). I want to lose the weight before then. That's one of the reasons I came off this site. It's great for motivation and chatting etc. but sometimes when you see people with great losses it demotivates. I can only keep trying but at this moment in time, my heart isn't in it. I will be ok tomorrow I hope.
 
Ooh Mia you sound very low today hun.!! to me sounds as if you are putting alot of pressure on yourself at the moment.!

Yes, you're right. I always do the same, I put too much pressure on myself. Anyway, thanks for the motivation Shanny. Speak tomorrow when I am feeling a bit better :) xx

I am the same as you. stuck in the zone where you only want to lose a couple of stone. its harder for us as i do find on here that people with a lot more to lose post massive losses and it does get demotivational sometimes. i too am a slow loser, i have lost 15lbs in 5 weeks and i think the 1 stone off per month does not work for everyone. i am not 100% all the time and have one day off a week, but its still hard. i always think i will find it harder as i get to goal. i want to lose 1 stone until i feel comfortable and then will try and lose a bit more. remember and never forget (a becca said to me yesterday) this is YOUR journey and no one elses! let your body work out its own pattern. i am fine with slow losses as i have a day off every week, and i know its hard for you cos its not in your control. like WW you can cut back points some days but with CD there is no room for movement! but not having to deal with food is good for me as it takes food out of the equation for me. yes its expensive but it does work and make it work for you girl! i have joined a few of the goal threads too (think is said 2 stone by easter!! pfffttt!) hahaah but i realise now that if i dont meet those challenges then its ok. I am going at my own pace, which i can deal with. maybe we should start a thread called the slowest loser! haha, i would be high up on that one???? today is a new day honey, glug away (confession from me though - have been v bad with water for the last few weeks!)......
 
Thanks Leeds. I think your losses are great considering you have one day off a week. You are averaging 3lb a week. How much do you need to lose? I couldn't do one day off a week coz if I have so much as a grain of rice I wouldn't lose weight. Honestly, I am the worst person you could meet for losing weight. I ALWAYS tell the truth in my diary, if I cheat I say I have, not point in lying, so you can see I have only had 2 choc ices in 11 days. But, I'm not gonna give in. Just hope I can do it in time for my treat on Good Friday :)

OMG Sorry Shanny, I have just noticed your post - you probably thought I was ignoring you. I am feeling ok tonight thanks. I am still disappointed but last week has gone and I am working on next Wednesday's weigh in now. Fingers crossed for a better loss, but at the end of the day there's nothing I can do. Our bodies work in different ways so I'll just have to wait and see. Thanks for contacting me every night, I am sorry I just didn't see your last post x

I am really hungry today. Isn't it funny how you can go 12 days then all of a sudden feel hungry. Getting fed up of the shakes and soups too, I just want to chew. Sitting here starving and can't stomach my vegetable soup. I hope I have a good weekend, that's my danger time. Another 100% day and another day of no scale movement :(. I just dont know what I am doing wrong !!

Absolute total disaster of a day today. Can't even write what I have eaten coz I would fill a page but my tea was 2 poached eggs on 4 slices of toast. Toast = carbohydrate. That's not to mention the 3 x cadburys mini rolls for afters. So, probably blew my whole diet and put on those scabby 3.75lb's I've managed to lose. What a loser I am!!!!!!!
