Hi all im new here :)
started ww last friday and hoping to come on here for support, would love to post my weigh in here every friday and would be even better if someone else or few others might like to do so with me for motivation and the likes :)

basically im goin on me holliers with me boyfriend and tis our first time on a beach hol so yup bikins and the like will be the staple wardrobe cept only problem with that is i fell like the size of a small country!!!!! :cry: anywho only found out last thursday wer goin (surprise for vday this weekend but he knows me well nuff to give advanced warnin for any holiday involvin revealin my stomach to the world :eek: anywho im thinkin its ten weeks away ish and so if i lose a reasonable 2lbs a week then i should ahem I WILL (pma :) be down 20lbs....... so if anyone would like to join me in this challenge or give me any hints or support esp for the weekends cuz time i tried to lose this 20lbs id be rockin like mr motivator on monday mornin all set and then the weekend comes around and feel i "deserve" to eat like the famines returnin so sorry for ramblin on jus hopin i can do this :wave_cry:

heeeeyyyy i have a similar name and we're losing weight for EXACTLY the same reason!! lets do it together! i have 11lbs to lose :)

ha ha thats so funny wantmybikinibody, us girls are all the same heh heh :) youve done so well only 11lbs to go halfway there, your insprinig me now to defo lose it :) wanna post our weigh in results this friday that will really motivate me to lose :) ive it sussed that if im at 10st 4 this week and continue at a two pound loss then ill be down but thats not takin into account its easier said than done ha ha :) wel do this challenge so together somehow it makes it easier :)
 
sure i weigh in on fridays anyway :) royally screwed up tonight tho! doh!
 
ah thats crazy i did the dog tonight on it totally, jus decided to stop countin my points and eat wat i wanted, i blame time of the month thats my excuse and im stickin to it!!!! tho have been able to control myself and stop the binge by decidin to make a cup of green tea (yummy ha ha) and come on here :)
lookin forward to weigh in friday!!! :)
how many points are you doin?? are you exercising too? any tips for the first week from wat you remember :)
 
yeah i run 1-2 miles every day , im allowed 19 pts a day. not really any tips to be honest xxx
 
so nervous about tomorrows weigh in i know im up especially since himself brought home take away after work and i couldnt resist!!! dont want to go in for weigh in now cuz i know for sure im up but still gonna do it otherwise ill have all the excuses for not losin this weight, it gets me so down sometimes :( anywho all is good have been havin a really good day today so gonna start a food diary me thinks :)
 
do it! my downfall is chocolate and crisps, nevber been into take aways to be honest coz it means i have to walk to the takeaway and no where near me does delivery! lol
 
if im up tho ill hate havin to put my ticker up ill be so mad but that might make me more determined for next week i guess :) love love love crisps too but funnily enough bread is my biggets downfall actually no a crisp sandwich YUMMY!!!ha ha :)
 
i wud just go coz u may get into the habit of being like " oh well i didnt go last week so i wont go this week" etc, i do it at home, i dont go to meetings
 
yeah thats wat happened before, i didnt get weighed in for only one week cuz i knew i was up and the gave up completely but im so determined now to do it!!!!!
congratulations on only havin ten pounds left to go i am so looking forward to that!!!! how many weeks did it take you to get the first 10 pounds off :)

just under 5 weeks to lose a stone!!! seriously hope i can do that!!!! right five weeks from now im determined to be down a stone, sounds like a bet eh :)
 
really!! ah sure you must have fierce good willpower!!! im gonna try and stick to my 19pts a day not eatin more is a challenge enough i always feel like im eatin like a bird on ww ha ha :) i know if i ate too low id jus end up bein very very cranky, my boyfriend always seems to know wen im on a diet!!
 
Well despite a bad fisrt week i went in for my weigh in and........ lost a pound!!!! its small but ill take it gladly!!!! that puts me at 10.4, and if im able to lose at least 2lbs a week ill definately be at goal in the 9 weeks!!!!!!wish me luck!!!! :)
 
8 sausages!!! god that makes my teeny pound sound a lot better :) thanks so much :) hopin i can get off two for next week if im to get to my goal on time!!!!!
